I called medihelp this morning to get a letter from them to apply for my schengeng Visa for Paris, France.
They did not send me correct document and it took me an hour and a half to get the correct INFO from my bank as they need proof in a letter of medical insurance.
The French Embassy said this is not the first time - as medihelp does not provide the correct letter Like discovery and the Lady helped me at the embassy to get the correct info from my travel agent and Bank.
i am just writing this so that medihelp can update their system and give the customer the correct information as requested.
