It has almost been 5 months since my washing machine broke and it has since been irreparable. I have paid R 1 075 to fix it! My money was taken as well as my washing machine. I had to buy another washing machine because I just could not cope without one (I have toddler twins). Nadeem said that my machine would be depreciated and that I would be sent a depreciation quote. I am still waiting.
I would like a working washing machine please. I have paid for it to be repaired. You cannot take my washing machine as well as my money and leave me with nothing. I even had to spend almost R 2 000 getting a replacement machine because Samsung would not provide one in time. Bad, bad customer service!
