I handed in a Apple Iphone to be reset on the phone after it wouldn't come out of recovery mode after upgrading its software via Itunes. Handed in the 9 January 2013. Received a phone call only once from Alwyn. When you phone the shop this person is NEVER there, and NEVER NEVER bothers to return a call. I LEFT 5 Messages on various days. Its now the 8 Feb 2013 a month after i handed in the phone... Still... Guess what!!! no phone call back, no repairs done. This is the worse service centre i dealt with in a long time, i will NEVER direct anyone there again.
