Non-existent repair support on new product

After waiting 5 days for Samsung service repair to contact us on a brand new washing machine breakdown, after no response, now on the phone for 41 minutes 47 secs waiting for a responsible individual. No Service Tracking person available; no supervisor or manager available; no technical support contact person available - true story! A new machine, costing thousands, which is broken, and we have nowhere to go???
