At the beginning of November we bought at "Hirsch" various SAMSUNG products (fridge, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher) The dishwasher door was slightly damaged at the hinge but worked fine. After only a few days it came apart and got stuck whenever one opened and closed it. We phoned the shop who promised to get the Samsung Service out. This did never happen as there is no communication between a Samsung Outlet and their Service team - tired of stories, we decided to deal with the Samsung SA directly. We eventually got someone out and he recons the unit needs to be replaced. Sit and wait. Samsung eventually phoned us- they sourced a new door and will replace it. Thereafter not a word. We phone in nearly daily... the phone rings and rings and sometimes someone even answers to put the phone down. In extremely lucky moments one is able to speak to a person, which promises to sort it out and will phone back- in our case NICOLE, but I am not sure if they train the stuff to the point that they can actually return calls. No follow ups- absolutely nothing!!! For such a big well-known company the SAMSUNG SERVICE is pathetic and I am afraid to say that puts on off buying their product
