I have a samsung galaxy s4 that I received in may 2013 . the phone was not even 1 month old when I had to take it on and received a new phone cause there was a fault with it. Now 4 months later the phone is giving me hassles again. I took it into the Samsung smart care centre at Century City were they told me my battery is swollen and they need to replace the battery because its under guarantee. this was exactly one week ago . they told me that someone would call me by Thursday when there stock arrives . no one at all called me (but I expected this was going to happen) I then called them yesterday just to find out that the stock has not arrived yet. a large corporation like Samsung surely should keep stock of item like batteries. I rely on my phone for business and paying my bills . the battery doesn't even last 30 min after it is fully charged. I find it absolutely pathetic that there are no batteries at all. Even if they had to get it from jhb it would take maximum 3 days to get here . please could someone get back to me asap when I can collect my battery
