NO SERVICE FOR CELL FONE INSURANCE

I recently bought a cellfone at CA CELL in Sandton on the 13.07.2013 in cash i asked if i could have some insurance which they replied yes. I filled in a form at the same time when I bought my cell fone, after i was promised i will be contacted to verufy information for my insurance i waited for the call on the 15.07.2013 nobody called, I then called them on the 16.07.2013 i was given an 086 I called that no only to find out its not their insurance they dont know about CA cellular in that week i called about four times which i was still send from pillar to post. On the 27.07.2013 I had a break inn at my home which evertything electronics shoes colognes etc was including the fone the reason I wanted insurance is because of preventing such problems this morning again I called CA CELL0112178820 which i poke to a consultant i was given a number 0100014049 which i was informed it was a no for their insurance i called that place only to find out its food company that suppliers food for airpots im really confused as i have been fighting to get insurance for my cellfone with this CA CELL to no avail and now im foneless and i dont have another R4799 to but another fone cash.
