VERY BAD SURVICE

My washing machine was booked in at Maxi care to be fix on the 9th of April. They recommended Pretoria Appliances.
They came and collected the machine on the 17th but they neglected to send the quote to Maxi care. It was only send through on the 9th of May when I queried it again. On the 14th of May Louise promised me a loan machine that was never delivered. On the 15th of May I phoned Defy to find out if they have the spare part and I was told they will receive the part on the 17th and its booked for Pretoria Appliances. I phoned PA on friday to remind them and Defy confirmed that they phoned Pretoria Appliances on the 17th to let them know the part arrived. After phoning P A on Monday they went to get the part and I was promised that I will have the washing machine late Monday or early Tuesday. I phoned Louise today (Wednesday 22 May) again to ask where is my machine and again she promised that the machine is on its way to be delivered but she will check and phone me right back. I have not received my washing machine or have I received phone call. Pretoria Appliances is useless and have no idea on what customer care is.
