Bursary was paid, but Finance officer denies it

Hello Peter. My name is Sydney Mariti, student no: 201104641. I have a problem with my bursary money and I hope that you will assist me.

Well, between June and July 2012, I applied for a bursary with most students at the same time. And during Nov 2012, most of the students, including most of my class mates, had their bursaries awarded and had submitted their claim forms for transportation fee. I also went to ask the finance officer about my bursary, but he told me that my bursary was not yet paid. So, during Dec 2012, just before the schools would be closed, I went back to ask him again, but still he told me that it was not paid.

Then, on the 10th of Dec 2012, I e-mailed NSFAS, enquiring about my bursary account status, to my surprise, on the 19th Dec 2012 I got a responce saying that I was awarded with R10269.00 of which R3000.00 suppose to go into my bank account for transport fee and the remaining amount for tuition fee.

Then this year on the 10th of Jan 2013, I went and asked him again as if I did not know, To my surprise, he still denies that my bursary has been paid. When I tell him about NSFAS, he's just taking me from pillar to post! Please help me with this problem.
