INSO Aluminium was selected to install the aluminium doors and windows at my house.
The deposit was paid on 3 September 2012. Delivery was due 2 weeks after payment as per INSO's quote.
As of 11 February 2013 I am still waiting for final adjustments on doors as well as silicon on the windows. After meetings with Stephan as well as Lourens on site on 14 January 2013 nothing has been done. There is still broken glass on site.
Lourens has still been replaced by Chris who, in 4 weeks, has not made the effort to correct what has been done on site.
Please do not use INSO Aluminium as paying extra for their 'Name' does not guarantee good delivery and service.
