Bad service and even worse attitude

INSO have been installing windows in our townhouse and "working" alongside THREE OAKS, the contractors hired to remove the old ones and "MAKE GOOD" (very loosely used) once the new ones were in place.
I could list all the mishaps but suffice to say that COMMUNICATION and SCHEDULE are two words those companies have never heard of. A really bad attitude and unprofessional approach to customer care all round is more than anything their defining "attribute". From the get-go the work lacked planning, preparation and expertise. The Poorest supervision & unapologetic, arrogant and dismissive attitude from Shaun/Three Oaks when urged to project manage (which, I stand to be corrected, is what he is paid to do) were baffling. Michael at INSO, on the other hand, once sold his presentation and product, washed his hands of it and couldn't care less about the poor execution that followed. Hard to understand since the correct installation of his product is, ultimately, the point of the whole exercise.
All in all, an unnecessarily unpleasant experience, highlighting the inclination of many companies, in business today, to grab the money and to forget about ethics.
I would not recommend them.
