I purchased a pool from Penguin Pools, paid the full amount up front and was promised the pool would be completed in 21 days. Well it's about 37 days now and the pool is still not completed. There are also several quality related issues which I (not a pool professioanl) had to detect and report...
There are too many examples to go into, suffice to say on numerous accations I have been promised delivery and been let down. In addition these has been a complete lack of communication resulting in myself having to try (and often unsuccessfully) and get hold of my rep/whoever can assist.
We live in a world where communication is fast and easy. Why is it so difficult for some?
Right now after phoning to find out why promises have not been kept, and find out what will be done about outstanding issues/problems, I am so wound I can almost feel my blood boil.
I'm extremely frustrated and will never recommend Penguin Pools to anyone. I find it hard to comprehend how a company will blatantly disregard the person they are doing the job for. Pity the majority of the public does not know what goes on behind the scenes, but are blinded by a big brand.
