I just want to thank you guys for such a great experience. I called Monsters hotline for my geyser that burst yesterday. the help desk lady was super friendly and assured me I would get a response within an hour. gosh, it must've only been 20min and the van was at the door. there was water everywhere and being an au pair I have no idea when it comes to these things. they asked where the tap was and I said I didn't know. the guy who came - Shane, was super nice and he was so quick to action and professional.
he shut the thingy off and helped moved the furniture even out. I got a quote and they sorted everything out, besides that water damage .. everything was fixed good as new. afterwards I called another 2 companies just to see and they were both more expensive and could only come out the next day only.
i'll NEVER use another plumber again, i'll only ever be calling Monster Plumbing! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
