I should have come here first before I chose to go with these Bramma Construction. I'm sitting on the verge of divorce because of the financial mess we find ourselves in. Once a happy home is now shattered. Medical aids maxed out first two months of the year. I'm also sitting with a R1.8 million house that looks like its built for RDP after 5 months. Floors are uneven, slanting at awkward angles. Floors and walls cracking. Outside paint peels off. Roof edges lifting up. Door handles rusting. This is things fall apart. How is it that these guys are still registered with the NHBRC? There is another family that's also struggling with Charl Rossouw and Bramma Construction around Parklands. They built another house in Parklands apart from ours. I should actually drive to this house and take pictures so that you guys could see what I'm talking about. This house is now abandoned. I'm telling you one of these days someone is going to serve Charl Rossouw and Bramma Construction something In any case I must mention that I know of a few agencies that are investigating these. As for me, my lawyers are building a very strong case against them. I suggest you also do the same.
