Service request 872766705 was logged first thing on 28 February. Today is 6 March and nothing has happened yet. They don't have the required part in stock! So much for Dell's next day on-site warranty... it is like a doctor at the scene of the accident telling you he can unfortunately not help, since he does not have medical training, "but don't worry, they'll send an ambulance as soon as they can..."
On top of that a string of broken promises. On no less than three occasions I was promised a call by the 4th of March to update me on the status. This did not happen...
So Dell's warranty is not really a warranty and Dell's promises are broken. Dell is not well... Dell is not well... Dell is not well... Dell is not well...
