Balancing/Wheel Alignment Problem

My wife took our Mazda 5, with TSW mags, that we'd bought a few months earlier, for wheel balancing and alignment. The Speedy staff had difficulty refitting the wheels back on and the balancing wasn't quite right. They recommended we take the car to TWT, the original mag supplier, who rectified the balancing and fitment of the wheels. I spoke to Gerome, the manager at Speedy, who had no problem in refunding me for the balancing.
I know he and the staff spent a lot of time trying to get it right and I appreciate it and the way it way dealt with, thank you.
