BATTERY DEAD NOT EVEN FOUR MONTHS

I bought a new battery from the Bruma outlet on the 8th July 2013. Today is the 25th November 2013 and my car refused to start. I had to pay the tow truck R850 to tow it to VW to have a diagnosis test to be told that the battery is dead it failed the test and needs to be replaced. I called your agents 011 6164232 and explained the situation. VW has done a test on the battery and its dead I need areplacement. The guy tells me to bring in the battery. How am I suppose to get to the shop if my car is sitting in the dealership nit able to start due to a battery that I purchased four month ago. Surely Battery Centre been known worldwide should have people that go out and take care of situation like this. Not everyone is blessed to have two cars that if one breaks down we can just jump into another. My vehicle is sitting at the dealership with a battery that doesnt work which was bought like 4months ago now how do I get the battery to your dealership to have it tested. I mean this is ridiculous...
