I ordered a key for my car 3 weeks ago AFTER the parts manager told me it would be there in 3 days... when i finally got the call that my key had arrived I went to the branch today to get the key coded. The parts manager referred me to a woman named Jackie to assist me, she told me that the coding on the key would take no longer than 30minutes. I then waited and after the first hour I confronted her and she told me that they had not even started yet!! I am a patient man and waited a little longer, another hour and a half went by when I went to the workshop manager Johan, who had a stink attitude and telling me that there were cars before me and that I have to wait, after I told him i have been waiting for 2 and a half hours! ANOTHER hour and 15min went by when a friendly lady FINALLY came to me and asked me what was going on, i told her im waiting for a key and she brought my file..who JACKIE had made it out to a MR NKOSI?? the lady apologized for FORGETTING about me. I finally got my key and car and walked right past this Jackie woman and she did not even make eye contact or apologize. TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM JACKIE AND JOHAN!!!
