Damage on car after service at Kia-Denies damage

Took my Kia Rio for a service at Bloemfontein and when checking in my vechile no damage indicated. On collection of vechile my front bumper was broken and my rear bumper scratched. The scratched paint still sitting on the car and Kia simply indicates that it was like this when they received the car. Funny how the inspection was fine when checking in my car and only after I collected the car and the job card was collected without me the damage on the vechile was suddenly there. This is not the first time that Kia made a mess with my cars. They bluntly indicated that the front bumper was like that and that they will phone me regarding the back bumper but said it most probably was like that when they received the car.
