Shocking Quality of Volvo C30

My husband and I bought a brand new Volvo C30 for our daughter for her
20th birthday in 2010. She has diabetes and is quite ill, and we wanted her to have the safest car available. Since then the car has broken down 3 times.
Two weeks ago her car broke down again when she went to Cape Town with her Boyfriend. They
travelled from East London to Cape Town for her to see specialists regarding her diabetes.
Volvo organized a rent car for them to travel from Cape Town to East London. Now the car is in Cape Town, repaired by Volvo. My daughter is in East London. They offered to buy her an airplane ticket to Cape Town to drive her car back. She will not be refunded for all the fuel wasted by their incompetence.
As I believe the car was never properly repaired by Volvo, and this is the third time
it has broken down in the same manner, I appealed to Volvo to arrange that
the vehicle gets transported to East London. My daughter is unable to drive that distance. Unfortunately they have been giving us the run around for the past two weeks now! I will never again buy a Volvo, as their after service customer relations do not listen to their customers.
