I sent a package via Speed services and it was deliver with no contents inside. so oviiesly the contents where removed while in transit. What i cant understand is how is it not picked up in there system that if at point A a package weighs over 3kgs and when it arrives at point B its empty and handed over to the customer. i want my goods back and i want it fast. you cannot charge a customer for a service you cannot deliver. Plane and simple get my goods back and get them delivered, if they where i want my value payed out. not only are you wasting my time now, that i have to run away and call centres and emails and faxes but you are also wasteing my money doing all this, this is terrible service.
