I placed a telephonic order & asked if they could deliver as their website was not working. They confirmed that they can deliver & it would take 30-45mins. I placed my order & waited 1, 5hrs -called them to follow up & was told that the driver got delayed at another site but is on his way. I asked for his mobile number to check if he was lost his phone is switched off. I called the store to cancel the order as they were not apologetic & frankly didn't care for my business. This is great as I will let my entire company know how pathetic their service is.
