What is going on here

Was picking up a cake @ 10am, got there ten minutes early and asked for my cake, all the waiters were talking to the manager at the front of the shop laughing and laughing, i see a big scufflle in the back and after waiting about ten minutes the manager gets up and goes and sees what is going on, then the waiter comes and tells me that they forgot to put the picture on it and ask to please wait, so i wait n wait n wait

i go to the manager and ask him why is it taking so long and he tells me they dont have my picture he has to google it, so i start loseing my temper and asking him why was he sitting down laughing with the waiters when his shop wasnt ready

he then gets angry with me and say DO I HAVE A WATCH, BECAUSE I MUST LOOK AT THE TIME, IM EARLY,
so i show him my cellphone and it states after ten o clock already

please milky lane, check your staff attitudes, we dont need this type of service where we go to relax and take our kids
