I phoned in and ordered my meal at 6:15pm for collection at 6:46pm.
When I arrived at 6:45pm, I was informed that my food was not available. When I queried why (which took some time as the sales assistant was too busy speaking to her friend), she told me they had served my food to be eaten there. In the telephone call it was mentioned that it was take-away.
Anyway, it took them 15 minutes to eventully get my food ready for me. The food was cold and had clearly been standing for a while.
This is the second time I have complained about Nando's and the last. I won't be going there again.
