Sub Standard Product and Attitude

I ordered a Ham and Tomato Sandwich on White Bread.
When it arrived, there was one thin slice of ham and huge chucks of tomato and thick margarine. The bread was dry with soggy patches. Any normal person knows you put Ham between the tomato and the bread to prevent sogginess.
I called and spoke to Vicky Moodley. I was informed that that is how it is and if I am not happy, there are plenty of other branches I can go to instead. He was completely not interested in assisting to remedy the situation of a very sub standard product.
This is certainly not what I expect from a Sandwich Baron.
