On 12 November 2013 I used the take away option of Nino's in JHB cbd, FNB Bank City. The Nino's chains I have frequented have never had a problem of customer service or expired food. The cheese cake I bought was stale and tasting way off. The blonde lady maning the front desk had a bad attitude to begin with, I had to force a return greeting out of her and the pricing on the expired dessert was different to what was listed in the menu.
How long do desserts stay before they are exchanged for fresh ones and is it legal to actually serve them stale and not inform customers of a difference in listed prices?
