On the 07/06/2012 @ about 7pm my Fiance & I took our 2 sons for pizza. When we got there it was so cold as they had both doors open. AFTER paying for the pizza the cashier (Zandile) told us that we'd have to wait 20 mins for our pizza. Our boys complained of the cold so my fiance closed ONE door (There is a sign on the door that says closed on account of weather). The security guard then opened the door and said the shop was not closed yet. We expained to him that it was cold, he went on the call his supervisor. We told the supervisor the same thing but one of the Debonairs kitchen staff member (who was standing outside while we were waiting twenty minutes for our pizza) told us to leave that door open. After a heated arguement with the Manager (Gideon) on his fone the entire time we spoke to the "owner" (A guy called Lineol) on the phone & he told us WE were causing a scene... I asked the cashier (Zandile) for the names of the Manager & the kitchen guy & she told us that they don't have names. I later learned from his name tag that the managers name was Gideon (He removed his name tag after spotting me writing his name down). AFTER /- 30MINS & SITTING IN THE COLD WE GOT OUR PIZZ
