I requested money to be transeferred from my money market account into my current account in order to pay for my son's hockey tour. Despite giving you more than 5 written instructions and complying with Discovery to complete the withdrawal forms the money is overdue by 4 days according to your contract. The turn around time for me to recieve the money was on Friday 26 April 2013. You have compramised my family emotionally and financially by not allowing me access to our money. As this money was intended for my son's use he has been compramised.
This is an abuse of power!
I intend on opening a case against Discovery and the above mentioned people for not carrying out my insturction to release my money.
You are not lawfully permitted to withhold my famiy's money.
I would like a written explaination!
