I was advised by their Consultants that i must apply for the Customer Assist to help me with my Debts and am gona be helped which i did so and their turnaround was suppose to be 15days and it passed that and i panicked i started calling and sending them emails. I waisted my time, effort and my money cz on their customer care number u hold 4 abt an hr and a half 2 be helped they never came back 2 me 4rm their own 2 give feedback on my application..Only wednesday they called 4 the 1st time 2 tell me that i was DECLINED 4 some stupid reason of affordability 4 such a longtime i could have taken the offers that were exposed 2 me by some other companies i coulndt do that cz i had my Hopes so high as i was promised by them and now this NO aam not accepting their answer they must do something someone out there needs 2 Approve my Application and pay my Creditors cz i have promised them that they were gona be settled out by them i was hospitalised 4 Major Depression and my Dr is also aware of their promised that they were gona settled my Debts i feel like i could jump infornt of the truc/train and DIE why are they doing this to me they must pay my creditors i really can't accept this st
