Last year in December our car was swept off the road and into water while it was raining, the car has since January 8 been in for repairs, first we heard that we will not be getting a courtesy car, then we discovered that they will only be replacing 1 of the headlights instead of 2 and thereby dropping the value of the car. That was followed by the panel beaters saying that they are waiting for insurance to authorise things will the insurance was telling us that they are waiting for the panel beaters.
During this entire 3 month period that we have been waiting for the car to get fixed we have had to constantly keep calling everyone between the insurance and the panel beaters, while receiving no feedback for days on end after promises of feedback and being pushed from pillar to post.
It has been a very frustrating time and a massive inconvenience as we still don't have our car back nor another car to get around in and no one seems to know of the progress on our vehicle. The car is still wherever it was taken to and there is still no resolution to our issue with a car whose value will not be the same thanks to even headlights that don't match.
