On Tuesday this week, I tried to log on to my internet banking. I was denied access.. I phoned the prestige banker at my branch. I phoned Card division.
I was told that my credit card was upgraded automatically to Titanium.??? Why???
I did not and have never requested to be upgraded to Titanium. Nobody spoke to me about this at all. My internet banking has been disabled since then.
This is absolutely shocking service and sounds more like a circus is being run here.
Furthermore, let's ASSUME say that I did ask for this... how can you disconnect the customer's current card without having the new card??? That is bad business practice!!!
I have spent almost 2 hours on the phone on Tuesday speaking to your staff viz. one of your supervisors: Noloyiso Nombe
I requested and she agreed to restore me to what I had: a GOLD card. She said that the bank will courier the card to me at my work address as requested.
The couriers phoned this morning to say they want to deliver a Titanium card... what the???
Clearly your supervisor messed this up royally.

Restore me to what I had. Issue me with a gold credit card and a gold cheque card.
