Poor Service Delivery

On the 20 March 2013 at 10am, i sent through a request for a border letter. I was due to leave for Maputo on the 22 March 2013. On the 22nd March at 4 am, i had still not received a response. At 8: 30am i called the call centre, i waited for 15minutes before my call was taken. I spoke to Siphiwe, who checked with the relevant department and came back to say they have not received the docs. The docs were then resent to [Email Removed] as well as to siphiwe. At 9:15 i called the call centre again and held on for another 20minutes, this time i spoke to Buro, he assured me he would follow up and call me in an hour and he said that border letters said there is no way i can get a letter that morning.By this time i was at the border. It is now Monday evening, 19:24 i have been to Maputo and back and i still have no border letter from MFC. The problem i have is MFC is covered by the insurance should a high risk vehicle like mine be, so they have a dont care attitude. I am tired of the dont care attitude and non service delivery that we receive from institutions. It is not a new thing for me to request border letters so all the info they want they have at hand.
