I took a policy from Clientele Life and requested that the debit order must be dated and run on last day of the month or the first of the new month so that funds can be available in the account. At this stage funds get deducted on the 20/02/2013 and 20/03/2013 against my instruction and authorizations. The result is that it is sometimes unpaid due to a lack of funds resulting in severe bank charges and bad credit record at the bank.
