How pathetic!!

I have been trying to open an account since September Last 2012, according to you advert can be done by the click of a mouse.

I applied on-line, and was sent a whole bunch of documents to sign. As this is a business account and my business partner is in Cape Town, I had to courier the documents to him to sign.
Once I got the documents back I sent them to FNB and was then told that every page has to be initialed.
Once again, and at my own expense, I had to send the documents to Cape Town to have them initialed.

I then submitted the documents again and received no feed back.
I followed up and was told that there was no record of my documents.

I physically took the documents to Greenstone branch on 26 Feb 2013, and after waiting for an hour, the documents were submitted by Lashonne. She was very helpful and did her best to assist.
Loashonne called new accounts while I was sitting there and confimed that the documents were submitted and that the account was active.
I was told that I would receive a call about a week later to receive the cards and any other info.
To date I have not heard from anyone.

I phned 20/03/2013 and was told that acc is closed
