5c Interest charged for FEBRUARY not even FEBRUARY

I went yesterday to CLOSE my account and then I herd that I still need to pay 5c for Interest charged for FEBRUARY!!!

How is this possible, and then I wanted to transfer 5c from my personal account and then I see I don't have a payment limit???

This is exactly why I want to close my accounts with Nedbank and move to a bank that is capable of doing their job correctly!!!

Still can't close the account because there is still 5c outstanding and I WILL NOT pay any more bank charges because of a bank that is incompetent!!!

Definitely won't suggest Nedbank to anyone and will definitely never open an account again!!!
