Ignorant Useless Service

I find the premier banker that FNB sells with the platinum cheque account is a glorified service. It seems like you go through to the same grain of ignorant people who don't help and it does not help anything. I phoned them 2 or 3 times a while back and wanted my homeloan account linked to my internet banking profile, the consultants told me I must go into the branch to do this as they don't have this feature. I also wanted to request for a decrease in my homeloan interest rate. I went into the branch, not only were these platinum banking specialists of no use to make my life easier but they were incorrect, they wasted my time with their ignorance as the branch said they cant link these for me.
