I applied for a loan on 28 May telephonically. It has been pre-approved. I then had to fax all relevant documents they needed which I then faxed the morning of 29 May. I received a telephone call from Innocentia confirming she got all the documents and she also asked a few questions. She then phone after a while for a second time. She asked some more questions and at the end of the conversation I was advised my loan has been approved and that she will e-mail me the contract that I need to sign after out telephone call. I never got that mail and phone a hour later to asked where is the e-mail. All of a sudden Innocentia advised me that the system didn't allow her to finalise the application which then all of a sudden meant I was "DECLINED". To be declined is all good if a person is advise of that from the start. But you don't pre-approved, then ask for documents, then finally approved and then even say the contract will be mailed immediately and THEN all of sudden get's declined. Im already a Bayport client with 2 cellphone contracts which Ive never skipped a payment or anything and don't think it's fair to be treated like this. What is approved needs to be carried out.
