I HAVE A LOAN WITH BRUMA FINANCE WIT REF NO.141964 ON THE 06/12/2013 I RECIEVED A SMS FOR UNPAID DEBIT ORDER. WHERE BY I SAID THEY SHOULD DEBIT MY ACCOUNT ON THE 20/12/2013 CAUSED I WILL GET PAID EARLIER. THEN 20/12/2013 DEBIT ORDER WAS SUCCESSFUL AFTER THAT THEY DEBITED MY ACCOUNT ON THE 30/12/2013 THEY DEBITED MY ACCOUNT AS WELL AS 31/01/2013. WELL I REQUESTED A STATEMENT ON THE 13/01/2014 ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR ALL THOSE UNPAID DEBIT ORDERS THAT I NEVER SAID IT SHOULD TAKE PLACE ON MY ACCOUNT AND IT DOESN'T MEAN THAT BRUMA FINANCE THEY HAVE TO DO WHATEVER THEY WANT ON MY ACCOUNT JUST BECAUSE WE HAVE AN AGREEMENT. I EMAIL THEM TO QUERY ABOUT THIS, THEY SAID THEY WILL RESPOND WITHIN 24HRS WELL STILL NOW NOBODY BOTHER TO RESPOND. ANOTHER THING IS THAT INSURANCE FOR YOUR LOAN PREMIUMS ALWAYS INCREASE IN MOST CAUSE WHICH IS ALSO RIDICULOUS. THEIR STAFF IS VERY INCOMPETENT... I HOPE MANY PEOPLE WILL BE AWARE WHEN DEALING WITH COMPANIES VERY POOR SERVICE.
