They do not reply to messages why service fees

I have submitted an affidavit to the bonds department for proof of residence as I do not have postal service delivery where I live, The staff just insist that FICA LAW REQUIRES that I have some form of proof that the adres does exist now STANDARD BANK FINANCED this property so they have sent people there before for assessing the value of this property and damages for claims and paid such claims in fact there was someone there yesterday doing an assessment of the property I sent e-mails to everyone I dealt with in the pass and not one staff member replied that they would forward this to the correct department so I gather that paying service fees is just pulling wool over our eyes as paying customers keeping the bank alive is just another ripoff. I will esculate this to the Directors directly so they can see what the customers must endure and I will shame the staff that I sent the e-mails to for not replying to customers
