I did an application for a certain vehicle with wesbank the beggining of the december and it was approved but unfortunately the vehicle i wanted to buy was sold. looked for another vehicle and found it in midrand where i wanted them to assist again with finance. the approval was still valid as it is valid for 30 days but when i called the call centre, i was told they can't access the application and i need to do another one. i did and the answer cam back as declined. as them why the one was approved and the other one declined. they told they don't knw and i need to go back to pretoria dealer to find out. why would a manager in wesbank don't know why the bank appoved my deal and he wants me to go back to dealer that has nothing to do with approvals to give me an answer. This is worst service ever and i wish i didn't deal with this bank ever.
