"Financial Institute" lacking competence

Loan companies are very quick to take your money when they claim that you were unreachable. Yet even when you are contacted, or contact them for arrangements they fail to either comprehend what you have said, OR do as they please and debit you at their will. I was contacted on the 12th of Dec by Direct Axis to make an arrangement for Dec. The arrangement was to be debited on the 31st of Dec (Payday). Direct Axis felt that on the 14th of Dec they should have a slice of my money anyways and debited my account. After calling them on the 17th to find out what the was going on, another arrangement was made and I assumed that would be that. I have since received a call on the 18th and 19th of December from 2 separate advisers wanting to make arrangements for Dec. I cannot understand the competence of this company, does nobody listen? Does nobody make notes, or even bother to read the previous advisers notes? I will not accept the standard of professionalism I have received from Direct Axis as it borders, if not steps into the realm of harassment. I have already compiled a case against this company for their blatant misconduct and will be taking it further.
