Money not safe with this Bank

ON THE 13TH DECEMBER I received an sms notifying me on amounts transfered from my cheque accounts to a standard bank credit account- bare in mind I DONT HAVE A CREDIT ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK) I subsequently went to a branch in Sandridge-Midrand and I was told it was a act from inside but I was assured that my money will automatically be reversed within two days- I then decided to call the bank again to make sure- I got a shock when a call centre agent told me that THIS BANK took money because I made a transaction on the 3rd of december- ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? There was no sms notification on that date and the bank statement DOES NOT REFLECT any traansaction on that date as well- SHE COULD NOT EVEN TELL ME WHAT TRANSACTION WAS FOR- I want my money back and I want a decent answer from this bank-I will then switch over to a bank that can keep my money safe- i DEMAND THAT MONEY BACK ASAP
