I have two policies with clientele, both are hospital cash back plans . i was hospitalised on the 8/10/2013-11/10/2013, i phoned clientele and spoke to William confirming with him if my policy will pay out for my hospital stay . he infomed me that they will pay only one of my policies. he then sent me all relevant documentation which i submitted to my doctor, i then had to pay my dr R350 to fill the forms . i submitted them to clientele and was informed by an accessor that my claim will not be paid due to the fact that 6month premuim has to be paid and that after 6months from commencement date, i then informed the accessor that 6months premium was paid and the commencement of the policy is the 28 march 2013. so 6 months will be end of September 2013. i then sent her the wording from there policy and was told to take my complaint to the complaints department which is now closed for the holidays
