STUPID HIGH TECH FINGER PRINT READER

I have someone at home who took out a loan in 2011 with Capitec. She is not in good state of health, but the bank insists she needs to come to the branch to verify the fingerprints. All we needed is the settlement figure and the account to number to credit so we can settle this debt!!! With this 'high-tech system', even the branch cannot access this information - fingerprints needed!!
