African bank customer care is pretty much useless.
I got a sms in June with a balance on my loan it was R23000 and got a balance today it amounts to R23455
5 months later. Instead of my amount to decrease it increases I would like to no why. Because this account is paid religiously every month.By the look of things ill never finish paying of this account.
I would like a explanation.
