Myway services gone from bad to worst.i lodge a claim 2nd Nov 2013 for a windscreen replacement only to find out that i have to pay access of R650.00.My reason moved to MIway was to have affordable premium with no access, and that was scheduled. I queried the access and was told that the policy was renewed and the premiums went up and the access was adjusted from - R3, 300.00, How can there be adjustments made to something that doesn't exist, the premiums yes and my terms to Miway was i dont ever want to pay any access in the event of any claims. I was told by a lady Lebo Mthahle if i want no access then she can change the policy but will have i higher premium. I couldn't believe it, the cherry on the cake was after hang up i called again and spoke to a lady called Felicity Matlhola and queried the rear mirror and the license disk which is attached to the windscreen she realy told plain and simple if i want to replace i need to pay the access of R3.300.00.it was not something to laugh about but i couldn't help. I wouldn't refer any one to join Miway, Whats the use of paying for services to be delivered but in the background to be ripped off. Deliver services their way and not Miway.
