BAD ATTITUDE, NO FEEDBACK OR RESPONSE!

What a JOKE this bank is?. I opened a PAYPAL account more than a month ago and STILL I am NOT able to link my Paypal account with my ABSA account... It is necessary to have a FNB Online profile to enable one to link any South African bank account with Paypal, ...but but but because FNB is so useless and inefficient I am now unable to even this. Today for the 2nd time in this month after struggling endlessly to link my accounts online, I went into FNB, well... they didn't have a clue what I was talking about... I dont even think they know what or who Paypal is?? I know what the problem is, but to explain anything is hard work!!!.. Years ago I had a FNB account..sometime in the 90's... I closed it and now when I register online with FNB for a FNB ONLINE PROFILE, which, for the 2nd time is necessary to link Paypal and my ABSA bank acc, it kicks up this old account of mine, which was closed years ago...

SO, NOW here I sit... no one can help or they give you some useless info that I have already tried!!!... Please tell me... WHAT DO I DO??. Who wants to Bank with a Bank like this???.
