Words cannot describe how frustrated I am due to Outsurance repudiation of my claim, I had a hail storm and and an accidental flooding in my house an the only thing they are telling me is that they have repudiated my claim for the cover.
Firstly I have never received any documentation confirming the acceptance of the cover as it is stated in law that before one can perform he must have the capacity to perform a specific duty, which mean I don't know what I am covered for and when I put in a claim they say they cannot pay out, how many policies do I have with outsurance to deserve this?
Outsurance must send me documentation on blue print stating what I am covered for and they must not run the company like a SPAZA shop.
Why should I still pay my premiums when I do not know what I am covered for when they can see that the water seeps on the door what else do you want to do.
stop taking advantage of other people and make reasonable time to explain everything. the Assessor just walks in and no qquestions asked unless you ask the questions, thats not how we run the company. you must bend like you promise n stop this Hogwash or nonsense!!!
