I can't believe the department! We were robbed at the atm and they say we can claim the money back but now they say sorry we not going to help you because you had put in your pin at the atm and it's your fault that they money out of the bank! We didn't know that the atm was faulty when you use a atm you put the card and pin when they ask! I want an answer otherwise I'm going to sue them for our money! They make money from us with bank charges and when their atm was 'hacked' they say it's our fault? That's man! I want someone to call me and I want answers today!
