Went to Absa Norwood Branch this morning to change my residential address as requested by Virgin Money Card. It took them longer to change my address than it did to get a personal loan approved from a bank across the Mall and they have still not got it right - they changed the address details on my old bank account with Absa which is no longer being used and not the Virgin Card. Do not have the time to go back as I only get 1 Saturday off a month. Pathetic service
